Condition analysis: Snapping is usually accompanied by meniscus injury. There may be post-traumatic injuries. Because it was a fracture at that time, you can take a film for CT, and there is no magnetic resonance examination. It may be a platform fracture, and the articular surface is uneven. No meniscus rupture or meniscus rupture is found.
Suggestion: An important manifestation of meniscus injury is snapping, which is more likely if accompanied by pain. In fact, meniscus injuries often occur in tibial plateau fractures. If you didn't do MRI at that time, it is suggested that you do MRI to see the meniscus now and do arthroscopic surgery if necessary.
