Can lidocaine be used as a solvent for cefazolin sodium injection?
It's possible.

Research shows that:

When intramuscular injection, the stability of cefazolin sodium lidocaine solution is higher than that of glucose solution. Therefore, it is feasible to dissolve cefazolin sodium for intramuscular injection with lidocaine injection as solvent to relieve the pain during injection.

But there are two questions to remind LZ:

1. Generally, 0.5% lidocaine and 0.2% lidocaine are used, and the effect is not very good.

2. Cefozolin sodium with lidocaine as solvent cannot be injected intravenously.
