I. West Lake Longjing
West Lake Longjing is a kind of roasted green tea, which is produced in mountainous areas around West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, such as Shifeng, Wengjiashan, Tiger Run, meijiawu, Yun Qi and Lingyin. It is a famous tea in history. It is famous for its "green color, mellow taste and beautiful shape", and enjoys the reputation of "the first of a hundred teas" and "the queen of green tea", and is known as "national tea".
West Lake Longjing was first born in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. It was listed as top grade in Ming dynasty and as tribute tea by Qianlong in Qing dynasty. Now it is the first of the top ten famous teas. According to the relevant regulations on the protection of geographical indication products, Longjing tea can only be called "West Lake Longjing" if it is planted, picked and processed in the scenic spot of West Lake and the production area of 168 square kilometers around West Lake District.
Second, Dongting Biluochun
Dongting Biluochun is produced in Dongting Mountain, Taihu Lake, Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province. Biluochun was founded in the Ming Dynasty and became famous during the Qianlong period. It was listed as tribute tea in Qing Dynasty, and it is one of the top ten famous teas in China. Because of the protection of origin, it is also called "Dongting Biluochun". Biluochun in Dongting Lake is a treasure among the famous teas in China. Slender, curled into a snail, covered with fine hair, silvery and white, fragrant, fresh and mellow, sweet and thick, green and clear soup, with bright green leaves at the bottom. Known as "one tender and three fresh", it is famous at home and abroad for its "beautiful shape, bright color, strong fragrance and mellow taste"
Third, Taiping monkey kui
Taiping Monkey Kui is the best kind of tea. Produced in Houkeng Village, Taiping County, Anhui Province, it enjoys a long-standing reputation. It is characterized by two leaves holding a bud, straight, naturally stretched, and white hair hidden. Known as "the monkey head has two sharp points, and it will not spread or roll". The leaves are light green and even, and the veins are green and hidden red, commonly known as "red silk thread". The flowers in Gao Shuang are sweet in taste and have a unique "monkey rhyme". The soup is green and bright, the leaves are light green and bright, and the bud leaves are full. When drinking Taiping monkey kui, "one bubble is fragrant, two bubbles are strong, and three bubbles and four bubbles are still fragrant."
Fourth, Huangshan Mao Feng.
Huangshan Mao Feng was produced in Huangshan City, Anhui Province, and was founded in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty. Because the new tea is "covered with white hair and the buds are like peaks", the fresh leaves are picked from the peak of Huangshan Mountain, hence the name. After the soup is boiled, the fog is around the top and the fragrance is overflowing. For example, Whelan is fragrant, and the bud leaves float in the cup and sink in the cup after brewing, which is said to be "as light as cicada wings and as tender as lotus hearts".
Five, Xinyang Maojian tea
Xinyang Maojian Tea, also known as Mao Feng, was founded in the early years of the Republic of China. Sixth, Xinlin Yulu
Produced in Xinxian County, Xinyang City, Henan Province. Xinlin Yulu finished tea is green and moist in color, resembling pine needles, bright green in soup, like jade dew, refreshing in aroma, mellow and refreshing in taste, sweet in aftertaste, elegant and mellow in aroma, flat and complete in leaf bottom, light green, bright and soft, and has obvious three green characteristics of "color green, soup green and leaf green".
