Two Certificates and One Sign refers to the entry permit issued by the mainland and Taiwan Province Province.

In order to further promote cross-strait exchanges, facilitate Taiwan Province residents to travel to and from the mainland, and simplify Taiwan Province residents' travel procedures, it is decided to make the following amendments to the Measures for the Administration of China Citizens' Travel Pass to and from Taiwan Province Province: First, cancel the relevant provisions in the Measures for the Administration on the endorsement and management of Taiwan Province residents to and from the mainland.

The second is to simplify the procedures for residents of Taiwan Province Province to apply for the Taiwan Compatriot Certificate, and cancel the certification materials submitted in Item 3, Item 4 and Item 5 of Article 14 of the Administrative Measures. After the "Decision" came into effect on July 1 2065, Taiwan Province residents can travel to and from the mainland through open ports and stay in the mainland with valid Taiwanese certificates without endorsement.

It is understood that the "Measures for the Administration of China Citizens' Pass to and from Taiwan Province Province" was promulgated by the State Council on 1 99117 and came into effect on1May 19921,which has played an important role in promoting cross-strait exchanges and facilitating personnel exchanges.
