The attraction of the magnetic ring is less than the elastic force of the spring, and the temperature limiter is pressed by the spring to drive the lever switch to cut off the power supply.

Insulating switch:

Also known as thermostat. It consists of a spring leaf, a pair of normally closed contacts, a pair of normally open contacts and a bimetal. When cooking, the temperature in the pot rises, and because the two pieces of metal that make up the bimetal have different rates of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the bimetal bends upward. When the temperature reaches above 80C, the normally open and normally closed contacts are driven by the spring plate under the push of the upward bending bimetal, thus cutting off the power supply of the heating pipe and stopping heating. When the temperature in the pot drops below 80C, the bimetal gradually cools and recovers, the normally open and normally closed contacts are switched again, and the heating pipe is electrified and heated. This is repeated, that is, the heat preservation effect is achieved.

Lever switch: This switch is completely mechanical and has a normally open contact. When cooking, press this switch to turn on the power supply of the heating tube, and at the same time supply power to the heating indicator lamp to light it up. When the meal is ready, the temperature limiter jumps down to drive the lever switch to break the contact. After that, the heating pipe is only controlled by the insulation switch.

Reasons and maintenance methods:

2. The heating plate does not generate heat, or the contact of the metal switch may be ignited and oxidized. Use sandpaper or small file to polish off the oxidized part of the contact;

3. The heating plate is hot. Check the lamp plate. If it is broken, replace it with a new one. .

Fault 3: Boiling uncooked rice

Reasons and maintenance methods:

1, the ratio of rice to water is wrong, and there is less water. Adjust the ratio of rice to water and try again.

2. Generally, it is caused by the weakening of the permanent magnet ring in the temperature limiter. At this time, you can disassemble the temperature limiter of the rice cooker and check whether the magnetic ring is broken and how attractive it is. If the permanent magnet ring is broken, the temperature limiter of the same model must be replaced; If the suction decreases, the temperature adjusting screw on the temperature limiter can be adjusted by 1/4 turns at a time, and try to eat once.

3. There is a foreign body at the joint between the bottom of the pot liner and the heating plate. Clean up dirty foreign bodies;

4. The pot liner is deformed, or the heating plate is deformed by artificial strong heating after the pot liner is deformed, so that the pot liner cannot contact with the heating plate. Shape the pot liner, replace the pot liner or replace the heating plate;

5, magnetic steel suction or elasticity is not good. Replace it with new magnetic steel.

6. The temperature control is broken. Replace the temperature control device (1600W-2000W for 10A temperature control device 2800W-3950W for 15A-20A temperature control device).

Fault 4: Boiling pot

Reasons and maintenance methods:

1. Due to long-term overload use or water inflow, the normally closed contacts of the thermal insulation switch are sintered and stuck together. Although the rice has been cooked and the temperature limiter has jumped off, the heat preservation switch continues to energize the heating pipe and keep heating, causing the pot to paste. At this time, you can separate the contacts with a knife, and then clean the contact surface with fine sandpaper.

2. The trip temperature of magnetic steel is wrong, and the trip temperature of magnetic steel for different sizes of pots is different. For example, 700W pots and 2500W pots are easy to paste. Phase transformation matching magnetic steel.

3, iron pot liner due to heat transfer, heat dissipation and other reasons, it is easy to paste the pot, rust, sand holes, it is best not to choose a heavy iron pot liner.
