3. Academic qualifications obtained through domestic online education must be certified by the provincial education authorities before they can be regarded as "graduates from the general admissions program."

4. Overseas students must obtain overseas academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the provincial education authorities before the qualification review. Those who have obtained academic qualifications certified by the provincial education authorities can be regarded as "graduates from the general admissions program."

5. According to the "Regulations on the Work of the Communist Party of China Party School" issued in 2008 and the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, party school qualifications are not national education qualifications. Persons with party school qualifications can apply for positions where the "educational nature requirement" is "unlimited".

6. Procedure for academic qualification certification: log in to the China Higher Education Student Information Network (www.chsi.com.cn) to check and print academic qualifications; candidates who cannot be verified must submit a certificate issued by the provincial education department Academic certification report. Candidates can first log in to the China Higher Education Student Information Network for self-examination, or apply for the "China Higher Education Qualification Certification Report" from the provincial education authorities. If it cannot be verified by logging into the China Higher Education Student Information Network and the candidate refuses to provide the academic certification report, he or she will be deemed to be ineligible.

(3) Materials required for qualification reexamination:

1. In-service personnel applying for the exam must provide: proof of consent issued by their unit, "ID Card" or "Household Registration Book" , "Graduation Certificate", "Admission Ticket", other qualification certificates required for the position and other materials (one original and one copy each).

2. College graduates who have never been employed:

⑴ "Graduates from the General Admissions Plan" must provide: "ID Card" ("Hukou Transfer Certificate" or " Household Registration Book"), "Graduation Certificate", "Graduate Employment Registration Certificate" or "Graduate Employment Registration Certificate", "Admission Ticket", extra points certification materials, non-employment guarantee, other qualification certificates required for the position and other materials (original and one copy each).

⑵ Personnel with other academic qualifications must provide: "ID Card" ("Household Registration Certificate" or "Household Registration Book"), "Graduation Certificate", "Admittance Ticket", extra points certification materials, and other required for the position Qualification certificate, non-employment guarantee, and a printout of electronically registered academic qualifications from the China Higher Education Student Information Network or the "China Higher Education Academic Qualification Certification Report" issued by the provincial education department (one original and one copy each).

3. Graduates with employment experience must provide: "ID Card" ("Household Migration Certificate" or "Household Register"), "Graduation Certificate", "Admission Ticket", issued by the competent department of the public institution "Certificate of Resignation (Resignation)" or "Certificate of Revocation (Termination) of Labor Contract" issued by the employer, and other qualification certificates required for the position. Graduates of non-ordinary colleges and universities are also required to provide a printout of the electronically registered academic qualifications from the China Higher Education Student Information Network or the "China Higher Education Academic Qualification Certification Report" issued by the provincial education department (one original and one copy each).

4. College graduates who graduated in 2012 must obtain a "Graduation Certificate" and other supporting materials before the qualification review, otherwise their qualification review, interview or recruitment (employment) qualifications will be cancelled. For candidates whose "Graduation Certificate" and "Degree Certificate" have been temporarily withheld by the school for unpaid student loans, the school can issue a certificate and provide copies of their "Graduation Certificate" and "Degree Certificate", and their registration qualifications will be recognized during the qualification review. .

8. Others

Candidates who meet the qualifications after the expiration of the qualification review publicity period shall be strictly followed by the competent departments of municipal public institutions or the human resources and social security bureaus of counties (cities) and districts.
