Fried green tea snow buds, named after fresh fat buds picked in early spring when there is frost or occasional snow, are mainly produced in Jingangtai Shenshan tea area in Shangcheng County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, and belong to the fried green tea in Xinyang Maojian Tea, which is rare.
