Dietary guidance:

1. You should give up drinking first, especially beer.

2. avoid eating a diet containing high purine. Purine is the most abundant in animal viscera, bone marrow and seafood. Fish and shrimp, meat, peas, mushrooms, spinach, etc. It also contains some purines, so you should eat less.

3. Low-purine foods can be safely eaten, medium-purine foods should be limited, and high-purine foods should be banned. Generally, alkaline foods are low in purine content, such as mustard, cauliflower, kelp, Chinese cabbage, tomato, cucumber, eggplant, onion, potato, bamboo shoots, peaches, apricots, pears, bananas, apples, etc., so you should eat more. (1) beans and vegetables: soybeans, lentils, laver and mushrooms.

2. Common moderate purine foods:

(2) Meat: poultry and livestock meat.
