Crushed stone processing flow and equipment: In general, the ore processing flow mainly includes feeding → conveying → crushing → sand making → screening → sand washing, etc. In order to obtain high-quality aggregate of machine-made sand, sand-making equipment can be adjusted and replaced by itself according to the size of raw materials of machine-made sand, specifications of finished sand, investment cost and other factors.

The equipment needed for the whole sand production line in the sand factory mainly includes vibrating feeder, crusher, sand maker, sand washer, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and so on. Among them, the vibrating screen has no ability to crush sand and gravel, and the vibrating screen plays the role of screening and grading the crushed sand and gravel;

1. Vibrating feeder: The feeder, also known as the feeder, feeds the mineral materials into the crusher device evenly, continuously and quantitatively in the sand and gravel production line for coarse screening;

2. Crusher: Crushers are generally used to deal with large granular materials. There are many kinds of crushers, and different crushers have different application ranges. Common crusher types include jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, composite crusher and so on.

3. Sand-making machine: Sand-making machine is widely used in highway, railway, water conservancy and other departments, suitable for crushing medium-hard and soft materials with hardness below 320Pa, and generally used after crusher;

4. Sand washer: Sand washer is usually used for screening, desliming and sand washing of sand and gravel materials in construction sites and sand factories. It needs to be washed with water to separate the soil and impurities from the machine-made sand material to achieve the purpose of cleaning and purification;

5. Vibrating screen: Vibrating screen is a kind of filtering and separating equipment, which uses the principle of vibrating motor to screen machine-made sand;

6. Belt conveyor: Belt conveyor, also known as belt conveyor, is widely used in the transportation of food, sand and gravel, electronics and other industries, and is usually used to transport machine-made sand in sand and gravel factories.
