Generally speaking, if the services of beauty salons do not include liposuction, breast enhancement, ear piercing, eyebrow tattooing, wrinkle removal, eye bags removal, plastic surgery, double eyelids, rhinoplasty and other medical beauty projects, then the business scope that can be filled in the application can be life beauty or hairdressing, nail art projects, life beauty, beauty services, cosmetics retail and so on.

Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Registration of Sole proprietorship Enterprises

Article 7 To establish a sole proprietorship enterprise, the investor or his entrusted agent shall apply to the registration authority where the sole proprietorship enterprise is located for registration of establishment.

Article 8 The registered items of a sole proprietorship enterprise shall include the name of the enterprise, the domicile of the enterprise, the name and domicile of the investor, the amount and mode of capital contribution, and the business scope.

Article 9 An investor applying for registration of establishment shall submit the following documents to the registration authority:

(1) An application for the establishment of a sole proprietorship enterprise signed by the investor;

(2) the identity certificate of the investor;

(3) Certificate of enterprise domicile;

(4) Other documents required by the State Administration of Market Supervision.

Engaged in the business that must be reported to the relevant departments for examination and approval according to laws and administrative regulations, the approval documents of the relevant departments shall be submitted.

Where an entrusted agent applies for registration of establishment, it shall submit the power of attorney of the investor and the identity certificate or qualification certificate of the agent.

Article 10 An application for the establishment of a sole proprietorship enterprise shall contain the following items:

(1) The name and domicile of the enterprise;

(2) The name and domicile of the investor;

(3) The amount and mode of investment made by investors;

(4) Business scope.

Where the investor of a sole proprietorship enterprise contributes with personal property or family property, it shall be stated in the application for establishment.

Article 11 The registration authority shall, within 15 days from the date of receiving all the documents specified in Article 9 of these Measures, make a decision on whether to approve or not to register. If approved, a business license shall be issued; If it is not approved, a Notice of Rejection of Enterprise Registration shall be issued.

Article 12 The date of issuance of the business license of a sole proprietorship enterprise is the date of establishment of the sole proprietorship enterprise.
