Sports Anatomy 1 Reading Notes
Because I am practicing Pilates, I am more eager to understand the anatomy in sports. So I asked my classmates who studied together and opened their own yoga studio, and bought these two books on sports anatomy. Seeing the second part, some knowledge subverts previous cognition. Let's record it.

According to this book, the exercise effect of sports can be divided into three categories:

1: For flexibility.

? The first thing we should know about flexibility is that flexibility varies from person to person, and different joints of the same person will be different. Excessive flexibility is called "relaxation", and vice versa.

The influence of flexibility is also divided into three aspects, namely, bone, joint tissue and muscle.

2. In order to strengthen muscles.

? The purpose of this exercise is to strengthen the muscle strength of various sports. It is particularly important to note that once childhood (4 ~ 5 years old) has passed, the daily lifestyle is not enough to maintain the muscle tissue of the human body. In other words, everyone needs to use physical training to maintain muscles. (What really needs to be explained here is that "using it is useless" is an eternal truth. During my mother's hospitalization, her muscles failed to get effective exercise and had already shrunk. Therefore, exercise is essential. )

There are also three basic rules for practice.

1) In order to strengthen muscles, muscles must reach the state of maximum contraction.

2) Muscle relaxation is essential to the same extent as muscle contraction. This is extremely important and easily overlooked.

3) Muscle training needs to replenish oxygen to the body. Therefore, keep indoor air circulation during practice.

There are two ways to strengthen muscles:

1) static muscle contraction.

? It is easy to understand that muscle contraction can be achieved by maintaining a certain posture without exercise. Many exercises in yoga are static exercises.

? The advantage is that it is not easy to cause joint damage. The disadvantage is that excessive strength will lead to excessive muscle fatigue.

2) Dynamic muscle contraction.

Most gyms exercise. Everyone should be familiar with it.

The advantage of this kind of exercise is that muscle contraction and relaxation alternate during exercise. The disadvantage is that it is not as fine as static muscle contraction, and it is easy to complete joint friction and damage joints.

It can be seen that each exercise mode has advantages and disadvantages, so we should choose the one that suits us and not blindly adhere to it.

3. For the sake of coordination.

? My understanding of coordination is the overall planning of the body. Not just for a certain muscle, but for the coordination of certain muscles. Just like playing the piano, it requires the fine coordination of many muscles in the hand.

? The coordination of foundation is the cornerstone of complex movement.

Knowing the effects or purposes of these three kinds of sports, the next step is to explain in detail the different parts of the body and the corresponding training.

Let's share it next time.
