(5) Check whether the cooling water and bearing oil levels are normal. (6) After the fan is installed, run the gear to determine whether it is too tight or collided. (7) When a pipeline is installed at the inlet and outlet, the weight of the pipeline cannot be added to the casing, on the contrary, it should be supported by other parts. (8) After the fan is installed, it should be checked comprehensively and carefully, and the test can only be carried out after it meets the requirements. 4.2 The trial operation (1) mechanical operation test of the fan was carried out under no-load condition. (5) The cooling water is interrupted, and water seeps into the bearing or seriously leaks oil. 6. 1 The following measures should be taken for fan maintenance. (1) The fan must run under normal conditions, and special personnel shall be arranged to check the fan. (2) After the fan is overhauled and operated, attention should be paid to the normal operation of each component. (3) Remove the deposited dust and water regularly to prevent rust. (4) See table 1 for the rules and items of regular inspection. 6.2 Matters needing attention during normal operation of the fan. (1) When the airflow is too large or too small, it can be adjusted by adjusting the door. (2) Check the sensitivity of thermometer and oil meter. (3) If there is any abnormal phenomenon in the operation of the fan, the fan shall be immediately shut down for inspection. (4) Check and troubleshoot regularly to ensure the normal operation of the fan. (5) After fan maintenance, replace the lubricating oil every three to six months. Within one to two weeks after the trial operation of the fan, the lubricating oil should be completely replaced.
