Breast augmentation surgery
Breast augmentation surgery, also known as breast augmentation surgery, is an operation to enlarge undeveloped or stunted small breasts. At present, there are three common breast augmentation operations: prosthetic breast augmentation; Autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation; Breast augmentation by injection. But I should remind you that all kinds of breast augmentation surgery methods have obvious advantages and disadvantages, but the information people get from advertisements or plastic surgery hospitals is often one-sided and must be carefully considered.
Breast augmentation is a kind of plastic surgery to improve women's figure. Breast augmentation surgery appeared in the 1960 s, and some fillers (such as silica gel) were put in the breast. Since 1960' s, silica gel is often used as breast augmentation material in surgery, because silica gel is not easily rejected by the body, and its texture is similar to human breast tissue, making it feel more natural. From 65438 to the early 1980s, some studies in the United States suspected that silica gel might cause breast cancer, so the American authorities stopped using silica gel and replaced it with a safer saline bag. In case of leakage, salt water will be absorbed by the body and will not affect health. However, the use of saline bags is not necessarily foolproof. /kloc-in the 1990s, when an American woman went to Canada for a holiday, the sudden drop in temperature caused the saline bag on her chest to freeze, which once caused her to have difficulty breathing and suffocate. In addition, in 2007, a woman in Taiwan Province Province was embarrassed because her right chest was stung by a bee and her saline bag was punctured.
Breast augmentation requires cutting a wound and putting a filler in it. Of course, this wound should be hidden so as not to be found. Select the armpit, the areola or the breast as the surgical site. Using a saline bag as a filler can have a smaller wound, because the saline bag will be put into the body before injecting saline. Because breast augmentation is an operation to enlarge the chest in a short time, the skin of the chest will be thinner than normal skin with the support of implants. Therefore, we should be more careful in nursing.
Autologous fat
Extract fat from buttocks, waist and abdomen, thighs and other parts. And inject it into the chest, thereby increasing the size of the breast. Once injected, it can form immediately. Because it is autologous fat, it has good compatibility, and the molded breast feels soft and natural, and it is easy to control the height and size of the breast, and the shape is more perfect, the hand feels more real and the effect is more lasting.
Easy to shape, not red or swollen, subsequent treatment. Biological autologous fat is autologous tissue cell transplantation, which does not need to go through a certain biological blending process like allogenic tissue implantation, so the tissue acceptability is good, no redness and swelling will occur, and the whole treatment process is extremely short, so follow-up treatment can be carried out without recovery period.
Prosthetic breast augmentation
Principle: It is the longest and most experienced method in the world. High-quality silicone prosthesis is implanted under pectoralis major through axillary or areola incision or inframammary fold incision to achieve the purpose of breast enhancement.
Advantages: wide adaptability, large choice, and the prosthesis has a supporting function, which can correct slight breast droop.
Disadvantages: the operation time is a little longer, the postoperative pain is great, and hospitalization is needed. An incision and extensive dissection under the pectoralis major or breast requires several days of recovery and forced posture.
