Guangdong Second People's Hospital (Guangdong Emergency Hospital) is located at No.466, Xingang Middle Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It was built in 1947 with a building area of15000m2. It is a three-level first-class general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and health care.

As the first batch of doctoral workstations in Guangdong Province, the teaching hospital of medical colleges in Guangdong Province, the research base of postdoctoral mobile station of Sun Yat-sen University, the affiliated hospitals of Southern Medical University, Jinan University and Nanhua University, our hospital has two national-level Jieqing.

At present, there are 88 doctoral tutors and master tutors, 30 presidents and vice-presidents of national and provincial societies, 488 people with senior titles in hospitals, and 78 doctors and masters/person. As the WHO International Emergency Medical Team and the first provincial emergency hospital in China, we resolutely provoked the historical mission and became the development leader leading the cause of health emergency. From 2065438 to May 2005, our hospital, as the only medical institution of the China government, sent an emergency medical rescue team to Malaysia on behalf of the country, and successfully completed the task of participating in the fourth disaster relief exercise of the ASEAN Regional Forum.
