The main remedy for the failure of pouch surgery is to remove the pouch for repair. The failure of pouch surgery will mostly lead to ectropion of the lower eyelid, incomplete degreasing, or excessive degreasing leading to depression of the lower eyelid. In view of ectropion of the lower eyelid and incomplete fat removal, pouch repair surgery is needed.
