Coca-Cola (China) Beverage Co., Ltd. was established in 1927, with its headquarters in Shanghai. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola Company and the headquarters of Coca-Cola in China.
Sprite was born in 196 1 and officially entered China on 1984. As the leading brand of lemon-flavored soft drinks, Sprite sells well in more than 90 countries. In 2008, Sprite became the third product of Coca-Cola Company, with an annual sales volume of more than 2 billion cases, which is also called the three leading products with Coca-Cola and Diet Coke. The first Sprite factory in China is located in Wuhan.
