Legal basis:

Article 40 of the Product Quality Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be liable for repair, replacement and return of products under any of the following circumstances; If losses are caused to consumers who buy products, the seller shall compensate for the losses:

(two) does not meet the product standards indicated on the product or its packaging;
