He has studied in the Eye Center of Tianjin Medical University, the Eye Center of Beijing Tongren Hospital and the Eye Center of Guangzhou Zhongshan. He is one of the experts who carried out small incision cataract extraction and phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation earlier in the province. His three scientific and technological projects of cataract, glaucoma and corneal transplantation won the municipal scientific and technological achievement award, presided over the prevention and treatment of blindness at the regional level, and made great contributions to the cataract recovery project, which was well received by the majority of patients. He was rated as "Excellent Medical Team Member of Cataract Surgery in Sichuan Province" and awarded as "Advanced Individual for Helping the Disabled in Sichuan Province" by Sichuan Provincial Personnel Department and Sichuan Disabled Persons' Federation.

He has attended many international academic conferences in Germany, Hong Kong and other countries and regions. More than ten papers written by him have been published in national core journals. He is currently a member of the Ophthalmology Committee of Sichuan Medical Association, the Ophthalmology Committee of Sichuan Rehabilitation Medical Association, the expert database of medical malpractice identification of Sichuan Medical Association, the expert committee of Chengdu Kangqiao Eye Hospital (Sichuan Red Cross Eye Hospital), the director of eye trauma and plastic surgery, the director of inpatient department, and the expert of cataract and glaucoma.
