I feel inferior to others. I don't have such a good eloquence, nor do I have so many good ideas and suggestions. I especially want to improve myself.
So what do you want to improve? For example, what are your strengths? What do you think can improve your confidence the most? Where do you think you are worse than others? Is it appearance, education, or outstanding eloquence and interpersonal skills? There are always one or several reasons why you feel inferior to others, right? If it's appearance, then work hard. If you earn more money, you can buy some beautiful fashions, use expensive cosmetics, or go for plastic surgery if you don't look good. It's nothing. The key is that you have the financial strength to do it. But the premise is that you should be confident and have your own temperament and connotation, otherwise no matter how beautiful the clothes are, no matter how outstanding the appearance is, it will be of little use. If it is to attract people's attention, that beautiful face can really do it. But if you want to keep others' eyes for a long time, it depends on your connotation and tolerance. If you don't have a high degree, you can apply for a major, or learn one or several skills, take a grade and get a certificate. If the eloquence is not good, it is recommended to read more books at ordinary times. Sometimes the eloquence is not good. On the one hand, there is no courage to communicate. On the other hand, there are too few fresh topics for you to play. Eloquence will naturally deteriorate after a long time. Reading novels and Carnegie's books at ordinary times is very helpful to cultivate your eloquence, but besides that, you should read more famous books and so on. To know a person who loves reading, first of all, temperament and cultivation are different. Understanding the world from multiple angles can calm the mind and precipitate the thoughts. People will naturally be different after a long time. You'd better walk with your head held high, stand and sit still, especially if you are a woman, and pay more attention to your gfd. It is best to do aerobic exercise once or twice a week and eat some high-protein and low-fat foods to improve skin quality from the inside out. Don't talk nonsense when you are with others. Really meaningless, it will make others look down on you to some extent. But most importantly, when you try to change, you'd better stick to it. After a long time, you will naturally see your own changes.
