Check which parts of the data cable need to be repaired and whether it is necessary to repair them.
Smooth the bitten part and put the heat shrinkable tube aside.
Stripping wires with a stripping knife where connections are needed, covering each wire with a heat shrinkable tube and exposing them to copper wires,
Connect the wires with the same color on both sides, wrap them with heat shrinkable tubes, and then blow dry them with a hair dryer.
Test whether the repaired data cable can work normally. If there is no problem, move the heat shrinkable tube outside the joint and blow it on the heat shrinkable tube with a hot air blower. An apple data cable was thus repaired.
As we all know, the original light-emitting head of Apple data cable is very good, but it is very common that our incorrect use and the aging of the wire itself will lead to the core breaking and the data cable scrapping! Perfect repair for the first time
The lighting head is often bent and prone to problems (pictured).
1 First, cut the side of the shell with a utility knife, and gently pry the shell loose bit by bit until it fades out (patiently).

2 Use a flat triangular file to (patiently) polish the junction of the front and back until you can insert a scriber or grooving knife into the gap and pry open the shielding cover.
3 Take off the white sheath, remove the solder joint at the bottom of the shield (I think it is the most difficult here), file it flat, grind it first and then pry it, that's it!

4 Use plastic to restore the removed shield!

To deal with the data cable pad, you can directly flatten the solder or remove the wires with a soldering iron (pay attention to the sequence of wires slightly), then remove the broken wires and reserve a suitable length for the new connection point to reflow to the pad! (Be sure to put on a white sheath and stick heat-resistant insulating tape on the solder joints. )

6 recycling process: fold back the shielded ground wire, close the two shielding covers, fix them with clips, add welding solder to the grounding point of the file, and finally grind off the excess solder!
7 sets of white sheaths, put on the shell and fix it with some glue. It's the data line of resurrection!

Other repair methods 1: When the damage point is far enough away from the lamp holder, the core wire can be directly disassembled, and the insulation at the breakpoint is connected with a heat shrinkable tube sleeve. It is also possible to cover the outermost layer with a heat shrinkable tube of similar color (relatively simple and feasible).

Repair method 2: When the lamp cap needs to be removed, the simple repair method is to directly wire the pad without leaving the shielding cover, and use thick heat-shrinkable tube or double-layer sleeve (it is not good without the handle, and it is easy to be broken twice, so it is best to cover the original plastic shell with glass glue). Flexible parts can be covered with springs to prolong service life!
