Reason 1: IP cannot be obtained automatically.
Solution: the computer sets a static IP.
Suppose the IP of the router is192.168.1.1. Please refer to the label or instructions on the router box.
1, click the wireless network logo in the lower right corner, and right-click to open the network and enjoy the center;
2. Point wireless network connection;
3. Point attributes;
4. Select the TCP/IPV4 line and click Properties;
5. Check to use the following IP addresses;
IP address:192.168.1.100 (192.168.1.2 ~1.
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0;
Default gateway:192.168.1.1;
Check to use the following DNS servers;
Preferred DNS server:192.168.1.1(regional common DNS can also be filled in);
Alternate DNS server: optional;
Then click OK.
Reason 2: Network cable failure.
Solution: The cable connector between the router and the cat should be redone or replaced.
