Content introduction:
The story is about three men taking a big bus to a small town in the desert to have sex. What happens on the road to performance. The three so-called men were actually two gay transvestites and a transsexual. They engage in cross-dressing performances in bars and nightclubs. One day they were invited to perform in a small town. So, they dressed themselves up extremely colorfully and started their journey. Hugo Weaving plays a complex gay Ralph in the film. Before becoming a homosexual, he had been married once and seemed to have a daughter before becoming a homosexual. At the end of the film, he also met his ex-wife in the small town where he was invited to perform. Another gay man, Adam, played by Guy Pearce, is a grumpy guy. He feels that Ralph is not completely gay and feels that he still can't let go of his ex-wife and daughter. There are often conflicts and disputes between them. The veteran character actor Terence Stamp is an old transgender in the film. Compared with the previous two, he is calmer and softer. Three people from different backgrounds started the same journey in the same car. The film depicts non-mainstream social groups from a unique perspective. Although their behavior is different from ordinary people, their inner world is no different from ordinary people.
