Principle of denuclearization
Grape pollen and embryo are fertilized to produce seeds, and normal grapes have seeds. Seedless treatment is to prevent pollen and embryo from combining with chemicals. Generally, gibberellin is a chemical for seedless.
Two functions of gibberellin
1 and gibberellin can inhibit the development of embryo sac and pollen.
2. Gibberellin can promote the development of ovary wall and blossom in advance.
Generally speaking, gibberellin accelerates the flowering process, but inhibits the development of embryo sac and pollen, so that embryos and pollen can't see each other, thus forming seedless fruits. Generally, seedless grapes are relatively small, so they should be expanded.
Give an inappropriate chestnut: it's like a special medicine urging two 5-year-old babies to look 25, but their sexual organs are not mature, so they can't have children. It sounds a little dirty, but that's how it works. If you don't understand, there is nothing I can do.
Grape seedless is generally treated with gibberellin, but the stem will become hard after gibberellin treatment. Therefore, S- inducer or agricultural streptomycin (SM) is usually added in seedless treatment to soften the stem and eliminate side effects.
Nuclear-free treatment time
In 1 and diploid varieties, there are many seeds in the fruit, the seedless rate is low, and the concentration of chemicals used is also large, and the use time is generally about 15 days before flowering. This time can be judged according to the experience of tidbits separation and flowering time in previous years. Such as: rose perfume, horse milk, Baylor, etc.
2. Tetraploid varieties, with few or soft seeds, high seedless rate and relatively low concentration of chemicals used, generally take the treatment time from early flowering to full flowering. Kyoho, Pioneer, Red Fuji and other varieties.
The concentration of the drug used
1. Diploid varieties were treated with 100ppm gibberellin solution before flowering 14 days, that is, when flower buds began to spread at the lower part of inflorescence 2cm, and then treated with 100ppm gibberellin again 7-/4 days after flowering. The purpose of the first treatment is to induce seedlessness, and the second treatment is to make fruit.
2. Soak tetraploid varieties with 10-25mg/kg gibberellin from the initial flowering stage to the full flowering stage. 10- 15 days later, it was treated with gibberellin +5 MPa mixture again.
Matters needing attention
1, gibberellin is insoluble in water, so it should be dissolved with alcohol first and then diluted with water. I usually use it now.
2. The seedless treatment of gibberellin in different areas should be carried out in a small area before being popularized in a large area.
3. The seedless and expanded grape technology needs to strengthen the corresponding water and fertilizer management.
