In metal rough machining, it is used to smooth the metal surface, knock out solder joints and welds, rough the very wrinkled metal surface, and carry out high-quality initial straightening of metal plates.
Light hammer
The size and shape are the same as those of the heavy hammer, but the weight is smaller. Generally used for metal finishing and folding at the door.
Double round head hammer.
A light hammer is generally used to roughen the fender, the top of the door or column, knock off the folding edge of the door, and correct the positioning clip.
Short-headed pneumatic pick
Pneumatic pick is used for finishing metal surface, knocking down the small pits left after rough machining to make the surface smooth. One end of the gas ballast is round and the other end is pointed. It is used for inconvenient parts, such as the front fender, for slight chiseling and metalworking, and for shrinking metal surfaces.
Long-headed pneumatic pick.
One end is a long round tip, and the other end is a round flat head. It is mainly used for straightening thin steel plates after rough machining and leveling local small pits during finishing. It is forbidden to use long-headed pneumatic pick in metal rough machining.
Straight chisel pick
Used to repair fenders, rims, trim strips, headlight inner frames, engine hoods, etc. Especially in the process of installing body panels and welding strip structural members, the edges of panels and flanges are often trimmed by hand.
