Symptoms and signs of clawed hands
Wrist injuries are mainly manifested as claw-like hand deformity of ring and little finger, adduction, abduction and extension of fingers caused by paralysis of interosseous muscle, lumbricus muscle and adductor pollicis, sensory disturbance of one and a half fingers on the ulnar side of hand, especially sensory loss of little finger. In addition to the above manifestations, elbow injury also has flexion dysfunction of ring and little finger.
