A, concealed engineering acceptance
The completed concealed works, such as hydropower projects, should be pre-accepted before the project implementation. This is because these projects are basically invisible when they are completed. Therefore, it must be accepted before closing.
Concealed engineering acceptance mainly includes the following contents:
1) Is the water supply from the water pipe unblocked? Observe whether there is water drop or water leakage at the elbow joint. After the completion of the water pipe, a 24-hour pressure test must be conducted.
2) Are the lighting and sockets normal? You can buy an ordinary incandescent lamp with a seat for testing. Observe whether all wires are sheathed.
3) Is the TV signal clear? Is there snow and interference? The ideal way is to test it with a small TV. Of course, if you don't change the location of the TV socket, this step is generally unnecessary.
4) Is the telephone signal normal? Is there any noise? This can pass the telephone test.
5) Is the network cable normal? In addition to using a notebook computer with a modem, there is also a special tester with tens of dollars on the market, which can test whether the signal is smooth without dialing.
6) Check whether the signal lines such as TV and telephone are closely parallel to the wires. In general, it is required to keep the angle (non-parallel) or keep a distance of more than 20cm.
7) The ground is waterproof. The waterproofing of the ground needs to be tested with water closed. The method is to seal the drainage floor drain with plastic bags and build a small pier at the edge and door of the floor drain to prevent water accumulation. Then put about 1cm of water, and see if there is any water leakage downstairs after 24 hours. It should be noted that the premise of this test is that you are waterproof and tested before tiling.
Second, the woodworking acceptance
Woodworking acceptance is mainly reflected in:
1) Is the structure straight? Regardless of the horizontal or vertical direction, the correct woodworking practice should be straight and flat.
2) Whether the rotation angle is accurate. Except for design factors, the normal rotation angle is 90 degrees.
3) Is the spelling rigorous and accurate? Correct wood parquet should be seamless or evenly spaced.
4) Are radians and roundness smooth? In addition to a single one to ensure smooth appearance, multiple identical shapes should also ensure the consistency of shapes.
5) Is the cabinet door switch normal? When the cupboard door is opened, it should be easy to operate without abnormal sound.
6) There should be no gap in the fixed cabinet wall.
7) Is the woodworking project damaged? The surface of woodworking engineering should be smooth, free from bulging and damage.
8) Symmetrical woodworking projects are correctly symmetrical.
9) Have the nail holes of the decorative board of the woodworking project been mended? Of course, this is a painter's job, but because it exists in woodworking projects, I will mention it here.
10) ceiling corner line connection is smooth, without obvious dislocation.
1 1) The grounding wire should be installed in a straight line and leave the ground accurately.
12) The ceiling of the bathroom and kitchen, such as aluminum gusset plate and PVC gusset plate, is flat and free from deformation.
13) The door handle lock of the cabinet is installed correctly and opened normally.
14) The door leaf is normally opened, and the gap between the left and right doors is tight when it is closed, and the gap between the lower doors is moderate. Generally, 0.5cm is preferred.
Third, the paint acceptance
1) Is the surface of furniture mixed with oil smooth and saturated? Make sure there are no bubbles and cracks, and the paint thickness should be balanced and the color should be consistent.
2) The surface of furniture varnish should be uniform in thickness, and the paint surface should be saturated, clean and particle-free.
3) The wall latex paint should have a smooth surface and even reflection. No hollowing, foaming and cracking.
4) The ceiling paint of wood and gypsum board is generally latex paint, with smooth surface and no cracks at the joints.
5) The ceiling corner line shall be connected smoothly without obvious dislocation and deformation.
6) The wallpaper is stitched accurately without tearing. Textures with patterns are spelled accurately without dislocation.
7) The wall surface is free of pollution and dirty marks.
Four, bricklayer's acceptance
1) Brick surface shall be smooth without inclination.
2) Brick surface cracks are uniform.
3) Bathrooms, balconies and kitchen tiles with floor drains have sufficient self-drainage gradient.
4) Brick surface has no corner breakage.
5) The direction of patterned tiles is correct, and there is no inversion phenomenon.
6) The position of ceramic tile and waistline is correct, without deviation and height error.
Five, metalworking acceptance
1) The metal structure is straight. If it is a window part, it is required that the sealing parts such as adhesive tape are complete.
2) The metal window is flexible and free from obstacles.
3) After polishing, the solder joints of the anti-theft net, anti-theft door and other pipe bodies are firmly placed without looseness.
4) Thickness whose specifications and wall thickness meet the requirements.
5) Is there rain leakage between windows?
VI. Miscellaneous Acceptance
1) Check whether the projects are completed one by one according to the projects stipulated in the contract.
2) Are all the lamps on?
3) Check whether all engineering wastes have been removed?
4) Whether the installation products such as sanitary ware are installed accurately, and whether the toilet including water storage and flushing is normal? Is the drainage of washbasin normal?
5) Is the floor drain blocked?
During acceptance, acceptance shall be carried out in the order of contract budget to avoid mistakes and omissions.
