(1) If you can find a dealer or agent, you can directly ask for its warranty. Using the "City Express" service will generate some hard disk transportation fees and transportation insurance fees.

(2) Please properly package the hard disk with warranty before sending it, and send it to our company by a courier company with excellent service. And write a note in the package, indicating the address, recipient's name, telephone number and other information sent to you through counter-offer. Each package is limited to two discs.

(3) After receiving the hard disk, be sure to check the guaranteed hard disk to see if the appearance and related information meet the warranty requirements of WD; If it doesn't meet the requirements, we can only send back the original quotation, and the freight will be borne by you. If it meets the WD appearance standard, we will inform you to remit the relevant expenses to us by SMS, and sign it as "Hanxin Technology". We advise you not to send us the relevant fees in the package; If you choose this method, an accident may occur).

If the hard disk is confirmed to be a fake disk after delivery, it needs to be cut and returned. All the freight of the fake hard disk is borne by the customer and will not be refunded.
