Vehicle model: refers to the name given by the manufacturer to vehicles of the same type, brand, type, series and body type. The vehicle code consists of five parts:

1, and the enterprise name code is expressed in 2-digit Chinese Pinyin. For example, CA stands for FAW, EQ stands for Second Automobile, BJ stands for Beijing Automobile, and NJ stands for Nanqi.

The vehicle category code is represented by 1 Arabic numerals. 1 stands for truck; 2 stands for off-road vehicle; 3 denotes a dump car; 4 denotes a tractor; 5 stands for special vehicles; 6 stands for bus (large, medium and small); 7 stands for a car; 8 denotes a trailer; 9 denotes semi-trailer and extended cargo trailer.

3. The main parameter codes are represented by two Arabic numerals. (1) In a freight car, these two digits represent the total mass of the vehicle (the sum of its own weight and load); ② In a car, these two figures represent the exhaust volume of the car (unit: liter); ③ These two digits in the bus indicate the length of the bus body (unit: m).

4. The product number is represented by 1 Arabic numerals. Use 0, 1 and 2 to indicate the change and modification of vehicle model respectively.
