Composition of medical ethics and medical skills
"The real happiness of doctors is to make patients recover with their own cleverness and efforts. There is an old saying that' the heart is not as good as the Buddha, and it cannot be a doctor; Those who are not as good as immortals cannot be doctors. "that is, doctors should be as kind as bodhisattvas and treat patients as gently as spring; Medical skills must be superb, and it is necessary to treat patients with wonderful hands in order to rejuvenate. " This is an ordinary language of Qiu Fazu, the famous originator of surgery in China, but it is such a simple language that shows the inextricable relationship among medical ethics, medical skills and doctor-patient harmony.

Great doctors are sincere, that is, doctors should have noble moral sentiments, professional ethics and superb medical skills, and more importantly, people's evaluation, reverence and dependence on doctors. If you are not a good doctor, be a good doctor and benefit the world. That is, the world regards a good doctor as important as a national leader. Qiu Fazu should make a comprehensive analysis of the patient before each operation, and finally carefully work out the best plan. He said, "As long as the doctor is slightly negligent in his work, it will cause years of pain and even lifelong disability to the patient"; Every time Wu uses a stethoscope to auscultate a patient, he should cover it with his hand and put it on the patient. He said, "In the course of retreatment, anyone who artificially adds pain to the patient is guilty"; Nightingale attached importance to every link of nursing and established a sacred nursing industry. She said, "nursing is an ordinary job, but nurses use sincere love to heal the wounds of patients' hearts;" Ignite the patient's courage to overcome the disease with fire-like enthusiasm. "Treat patients with enthusiasm, care, patience, love, and a high sense of responsibility, give full play to superb medical technology, serve patients with the shortest time, the least cost and the most pleasant treatment, so that doctors and patients can live in harmony forever; On the other hand, if you are indifferent to patients and careless in medical diagnosis and treatment, it will lead to medical accidents, cause lifelong pain to patients, make yourself fall into the stigma of "bad doctor" and "quack doctor", make the hospital that should be sacred a place for doctors and patients to fight, and make the relationship between doctors and patients that should be pure more complicated.

To be a doctor is to be a man first, and then to do things. He has excellent moral character and noble sentiment, and takes it as his duty to solve the pain of patients. Only when everything is for the patient, for the patient, can he love his work, make his business accurate, meticulous and excellent, and win people's heartfelt respect and dependence with virtue and art. Saving lives, saving the world and protecting health is the clear purpose of studying medicine. If you blindly pursue fame and fortune and only hope for brilliant personal achievements, you will have other concerns when you work. In order to get rich, you accept "red envelopes", "kickbacks" and "bribes", thus branding yourself as "heartless" and "evil doctor". "Every doctor who treats diseases should be calm, firm, and have no desire, set out with great compassion and swear to save the suffering of the spirit. If someone is sick and asks for help, don't ask him if he is rich or poor, always young, gentle or beautiful, a friendly friend, plain or first-class. Never look back and forth, worry about good or bad, and save your life. Seeing his distress, if any, I feel deeply sad. I don't avoid danger and evil. I stay up all night, hungry and exhausted. I concentrate on saving and have no intention to do anything. This can be a great doctor for life. " This sentence by Sun Simiao, a famous doctor in the Tang Dynasty, is the best interpretation of doctors' medical ethics.

Doctors with only medical skills and no medical ethics sometimes make people hate and even become "bad doctors"; Doctors with only medical ethics and no medical skills are called "quacks" at best; Doctors should have noble medical ethics, superb medical skills, treat patients equally, sympathize with patients, care for patients, and serve patients wholeheartedly in order to become the "big doctor" of the people. Only in this way can we win the trust and respect of patients, win the name of famous doctors in our own departments and hospitals, live in harmony with doctors and patients, and the hospital environment can be relatively clear. Noble medical ethics, exquisite medical skills and harmonious doctor-patient relationship are what we all yearn for.

When I finished reading this book, it gave me a general shock, alerted me, and made me think deeply about 43 typical cases of bribery in the commercial field in the field of medicine purchase and sale, including leading cadres of health administrative departments, hospital leaders and department heads of grassroots medical and health units, as well as profound medical authorities and newly admitted ordinary medical workers. Although these cases occurred in individual units and individuals in the health system, the lessons were profound and sounded the alarm for our medical staff in clinical work.

Through the analysis of the case, you will find that greed's unscrupulous pursuit of money has led them to the abyss of sin step by step. They used to be the leaders and backbones of their own hospitals, and also contributed to the development of the hospitals. Once they forget the duties of doctors, once they lose immunity to temptation, they will become greedy corrupt elements.

As a clinician, I know that the responsibility is great. Whenever I put on a white coat, I always remind myself that I am here to save people. At work, when you come into contact with children who are weak due to illness, remind yourself to hit the nail on the head and avoid suffering more. Every time I give up my job because I am busy with work, I always remind myself that if I take a bite late, my child will be discharged one day earlier. Every time I don't understand our family, I remind myself that it is for the recovery of children. In fact, I work happily with this belief. So are the other sisters. Even if some of them have babies to feed and family members who are sick in bed, we still work quietly. Not for honor, not for money, but for the faith that has always supported our medical and nursing career.

I remember hearing a colleague say this: once, a child with diarrhea was ill for several days, with severe dehydration symptoms and weak body, and it was difficult to find blood vessels. But the most urgent need at this time is to give the child an injection and rehydration. The family members were very anxious, begged their colleagues for help and promised to give 200 yuan an injection as a reward. But this colleague first calmed the family and then carefully searched for the child. Finally, he stuck a needle in the back of his hand and the child was saved. But in the face of 200 yuan, she refused. She just told her family that this is my job and I don't need to accept this money. I want to be worthy of this white coat! Although this matter is small, it is not uncommon in our work. Why should we be tested? Because we have an excellent medical team, a group of outstanding leading cadres, a complete ideological education system, and a belief that we cannot abide by people's interests, violate medical and health professional ethics, and tarnish the beautiful image of angels in white.
