Is there any melting stain on the nozzle?

If the nozzle detection is normal, it is necessary to carry out coaxiality detection.
Coaxiality detection is mainly aimed at whether the nozzle is coaxial with the laser beam, and it is necessary to ensure that the nozzle is on the same straight line with the laser beam after it exits, which is concentric circles from the cross section. The following is the coaxiality test method:

Method:
1, adjust the coaxial position at focus 0 to make the laser in the center of the nozzle;
2. Spotlight with a focus of 6mm;
3. It is normal if the focal point 0 and the 6 mm spot are in the center of the nozzle; Otherwise, replace the cutting head or shift the laser light path.
If the coaxiality test is ok, the inner lens of the laser head will be tested.
First, you can check whether the inner lens of the laser head is dirty. The following are the detection steps:
Use red light detection;
When the white paper is about 300mm away from the nozzle of the cutting head, check the red light;
If there are obvious black spots or irregular black objects at the red light, it means that the lens is dirty and needs to be cleaned before cutting and debugging.
Secondly, it is necessary to detect whether the light spot distribution is uniform. The roundness of the light spot indicates the uniformity of the energy distribution of the light spot in different directions. The energy distribution of high circularity spot is consistent in all directions, and the energy at the spot is the highest. If the adhesive tape sticks to the nozzle and there is no trace of laser striking, it may be that the uneven distribution of light spots leads to insufficient light spot energy, or the laser light spot power is too low to leave traces on the adhesive tape. Generally recommended click rate 10%.

The black dot paper is about 300mm away from the nozzle of the cutting head and emits some light:
If the spots have obvious black spots, the lenses are dirty;
If the spot is not round and the center is offset, the laser spot distribution is not good.
If all the above tests are normal, it is possible that the optical fiber is broken. Need to contact the laser cutting machine manufacturer for maintenance and apply for after-sales treatment.
