The structure of the feed hopper is inverted frustum (or cylinder), the feed inlet is provided with a wear ring, and the incoming materials from the feeding equipment enter the crusher through the feed hopper.
2. Dealers
The distributor is installed at the upper part of the vortex crushing cavity, and its function is to shunt the materials from the feed hopper, so that some materials directly enter the impeller through the central feed pipe and are gradually accelerated and thrown out at a higher speed, while the other materials bypass the outside of the impeller in the vortex crushing cavity and are impacted and crushed by the high-speed materials thrown out by the impeller, without increasing power consumption, increasing productivity and improving crushing efficiency.
3. Eddy current crushing cavity
The structure of vortex crushing chamber is an annular space composed of upper cylinder and lower cylinder. The impeller rotates at high speed in the vortex crushing cavity, and the material can also stay in the vortex crushing cavity to form a material lining. The crushing process of materials takes place in the vortex crushing cavity, and the wall of the vortex crushing cavity is separated by the material lining, so that the crushing effect is limited in the material and plays the role of wear resistance and self-lining. The observation hole is used to observe the wear of the wear block at the launch port of the impeller wheel and the wear of the lining plate at the top of the eddy current crushing cavity. When the crusher is working, the observation hole must be sealed tightly. The distributor is fixed on the upper cylindrical section of the vortex crushing cavity. The impeller rotates at high speed to generate air flow, and the air flow forms an internal self-circulation system through the distributor and the impeller in the vortex crushing cavity.
4. Impeller
The impeller structure is a hollow cylinder made of special material and installed on the shaft head at the upper end of the spindle assembly. The conical sleeve is connected with the key to transmit the distance of the knob and rotate at high speed. Impeller is the key component of hx vertical impact crusher. Materials enter the center of the impeller from the central feed pipes of some feeders on the impeller. The distribution cone in the center of the impeller distributes the materials evenly to all the discharge channels of the impeller, and the outlet of the discharge channel is equipped with wear-resistant blocks made of special materials, which can be replaced. The impeller accelerates the material to the speed of 60-75m/s and throws it out, which impacts the material lining in the rotating crushing cavity and carries out strong self-crushing. The upper and lower runner plates are installed between the conical cap and the wear block to protect the impeller from wear.
5. Spindle assembly
The spindle assembly is installed on the base, transmits the power from the motor through the V-belt, and supports the rotating motion of the impeller. The spindle assembly consists of bearing seat, spindle and bearing.
6. Foundations
The eddy current crushing cavity, the spindle assembly, the motor and the transmission device are all installed on the base. The structure of the base is a quadrilateral space in the middle. The center of the quadrangular space is used to install the spindle assembly, and the discharge channels are formed on both sides. Double motors are installed at both longitudinal ends of the base, and the base can be installed on the bracket or directly on the foundation.
7. Transmission equipment
Belt transmission mechanism driven by single motor or double motor (above 75kw, driven by double motors). Two motors driven by double motors are respectively installed on both sides of the spindle assembly, and the pulleys of the two motors are connected with the pulleys of the spindle through belts, so that the forces on both sides of the spindle are balanced and no extra torque is generated.
8. Bracket
According to the different working places of the crusher-outdoor or indoor, it can be considered whether to configure the support.
9. Lubrication system
Mobil vehicle grease is used for ultra-centralized lubrication, and the lubrication parts are the upper bearing and the lower bearing of the spindle assembly. In order to facilitate oil injection, the oil pipe is led out of the machine for regular oil injection of the oil pump. 3. Next, the drum sand washer should be filled with lubricating oil to adjust the oil level. Generally, it is appropriate to take 50% below the axis.
4. After the two-wheel sand washer is installed and debugged safely, it is put into trial operation.
No-load test run of high-efficiency wheel bucket sand washer should reach:

2) All solid parts shall be firm without looseness.
