What if the biscuit mould is not easy to demould?
Mould with non-stick layer, waterproof cloth, high temperature resistant silica gel pad, silica gel paper, wood silk edge, small paper cup, etc. Both can be used.

Mould with non-stick coating;

The material is usually food-grade heavy carbon steel/aluminum alloy+non-stick coating treatment, which has anti-stick performance itself, and baking biscuits, bread and so on basically do not need anti-stick (poor quality is another matter). Generally, baking temperature over 230℃ is not recommended, otherwise the coating will be easily damaged.

Oilcloth:

Glass fiber material, coated with Teflon, the effect is good (the quality of different brands will be a little different), the price is moderate, it can be cut at will according to the shape of the mold, and it can be cleaned and used repeatedly, flattened or rolled up for storage, which is very environmentally friendly and convenient, but it is easy to wrinkle (does not affect the use).

High temperature resistant silicone pad:

The material is glass fiber, and the surface is coated with silicone oil. Non-stick effect is very good, feel is very thick, and cleaning is also very convenient. This kind of high-temperature pad with circle is very suitable for baking almond cakes, puffs and decorative biscuits, and the finished product has regular effect (the grid is in the middle layer, and there will be no leakage holes. Sometimes a high-temperature pad can also be used as a kneading pad.

Silicone oil paper (kitchen oil paper):

Silicified paper can be cut into any shape you want, and most baked snacks can be used for anti-sticking and packaging, with a service life of about 1-3 times (depending on what is baked &; Warm baking, usually reheating bread in the morning, a piece of silicone paper can be used continuously for 3 days). It is generally not recommended to use above 230℃.
