The difference between have and have got:

Have(has) =have(has) got, which means "have". Have (has) got is mostly used in spoken English. I have a bike.

But pay attention to different questions and negative sentences:

Yes (yes)

Affirmative sentence: subject +have/ you+others

Negative sentence: subject+nothing/nothing+others.

General question: Do/Do+ subject +have+ others?

Yes (yes)

Affirmative sentence: subject +have (already) got+ others

Negative sentence: subject +have not (not yet) got+ others.

General question: have' t/haunt+ subject +got+ others?

For example:

I don't have a bike. (√)

I don't have a bike. (×)

Do you have a bike? /Do you have a bike?

Do you have a bike? (√)

Do you have a bike? (×)

Note: In the following cases, have got cannot be used instead of have.

1. After modal verbs, auxiliary verbs or infinitives, you can only use have, not have got. For example:

May I have some more tea? May I have some more tea?

Do you want to eat another apple? Do you want to eat another apple?

2. In the past tense, the perfect tense or the continuous tense, use have instead of have got. For example:
