The eyelid is actually the eyelid, also known as the eye wheel or the eyelid. It is the convex part below the eyelashes of the lower eye when you smile. It is actually composed of the orbicularis oculi muscle.

Undereye bags refer to bloated tissue in the lower eyelids that hangs like bags. Mainly appears on the lower eyelids.

The tear trough refers to a groove that appears from the inner corner of the eye on the nasal side of the lower eyelid. It is formed due to the atrophy and drooping of the soft tissue at the lower edge of the orbital septum. Some people can even extend to their cheeks.

To put it simply, eyelashes mainly appear at the lower eyelashes; eye bags appear at the lower eyelids; tear troughs mainly appear at the inner corners of the eyes.
