I think there are more and more people undergoing plastic surgery in today's society, probably because they are not confident. Another reason is that there are so many people in today's society who have plastic surgery because of a deformed aesthetic. If they are confident and think they are beautiful, they will not choose to change their appearance and make themselves more beautiful.
