principle of operation
The material enters the sand making machine from the feed hopper and is divided into two parts by the distributor. Part of it enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the distributor, accelerates rapidly in the impeller, and its acceleration can reach hundreds of times of gravity acceleration, and then it is thrown out of the three evenly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-70 m/s, and first collides with a part of materials collected by the distributor and breaks.
Then they hit the lining of the vortex branch cavity together, bounced off by the lining, and hit the top of the vortex branch cavity obliquely upward, changing the moving direction of the vortex branch cavity and deflecting downward, so that the material discharged from the impeller runner forms a continuous curtain. This material is subjected to two or more times of probability impact, friction and grinding crushing in the vortex crushing chamber.
The crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge port. In the whole crushing process, the materials themselves impact and crush each other, instead of directly contacting with metal elements, they impact and rub with the material lining, which reduces the angular pollution and prolongs the mechanical wear time. The ingenious air flow self-circulation in the vortex cavity eliminates dust pollution.
