(1) When doing something or thinking about a problem, one thing is not finished, and another thing or even more comes to mind. My thoughts are confused, worried, blocked, confused by my own false separation and false persistence, and I lose myself. I suddenly forget how to do things and don't know where to start. The whole personality connotation often presents a dull temperament image. When I work, I often don't focus on the present and get used to delusions. My mind is hazy, my thoughts are in a mess, and I have lost my heart. My work efficiency is low and my memory is poor. These are all problems that the body, mind and spirit cannot be centralized and unified.
②: It is usually easy to have obsessive-compulsive delusions, and it may be inexplicable and involuntary to have evil thoughts on the gods, but it is not its original intention. One of the reasons for this "karma" inertia may lie in the disrespectful or insulting neglect of the gods of heaven and earth in the early years, because sages such as Buddha and Bodhisattva all represent "light liberation" and great gods. If we "challenge and despise" great gods with evil spirits, we will be insane and abnormal when we reflect on ourselves. How small people are on this earth, the sun rises and sets according to the law, and the major celestial bodies also have their own orbits.
In addition, patients with schizophrenia think carelessly, think of a paragraph casually, do not seek results, and do not respect their own hearts. They always like to immerse themselves in association, delusion and meditation, and often enjoy fantasy. In addition, there may be a bad habit: I refuse to exhaust my spirit, I am afraid of hardship and fatigue, I refuse to use all my mental strength in my work, and I only use the spirit of 4 or 5 points, so the rest of my spirit floats freely outside my body and mind. As the ancients said, it makes sense for people to have three souls and seven spirits. ) Because they refuse to exhaust their spirit for a long time, their spirit will degenerate, leading to their inability to concentrate, and finally their thoughts will fly and their distractions will be full, leading to mental problems. A healthy person should put his body, mind and spirit into doing things at the same time, because body, mind and spirit are one. Is it okay to forcibly disassemble or shelve it?
