"Melamine" is one of the resin adhesives for manufacturing eco-boards. Paper with different colors or textures is soaked in resin, dried to a certain extent and spread on the surface of particleboard, medium density fiberboard or hard fiberboard.
The hot-pressed decorative board is called melamine impregnated adhesive paper veneer artificial board, and its melamine board is actually a part of its veneer composition.
Generally, it consists of face paper, decorative paper, covering paper and backing paper.
(1) tissue paper, which is placed on the top of the decorative board to protect the decorative paper. After heating and pressing, the board surface is highly transparent, hard and wear-resistant. This paper requires good water absorption, white and clean, and transparent after dipping.
(2) Decorative paper, namely wood grain paper, is an important part of decorative board. Decorative paper printed in various patterns with or without background color under the tissue paper mainly plays a decorative role. This layer requires the paper to have good hiding power, impregnation and printing performance.
③ Covering paper, also known as titanium white paper, is usually placed under the decorative paper when making light-colored decorative plates to prevent the underlying phenolic resin from penetrating into the surface, and its main function is to cover the color points on the surface of the substrate. Therefore, good coverage is needed. The three kinds of paper were impregnated with melamine resin respectively.
④ The base paper is the base material of the decorative board, which plays a role in the mechanical properties of the board. It is made by soaking and drying phenolic resin glue. In the production process, several layers can be determined according to the use or thickness of the decorative board.
