If the nose is skewed after augmentation rhinoplasty, it can be manually reset within 3 days after operation, and compressed with gauze roll for 2-3 days. Generally, the skew is expected to be corrected.
Four days after operation, because the local tissue had healed firmly, manual reduction could not be carried out. At this time, we should operate again, find out the cause of nasal deviation, treat the symptoms, or operate again after three months.
Specifically, it is to take out the prosthesis first, accurately separate the nasal bone and periosteum, and implant silica gel or swelling in the gap. During implantation, the middle vertical line of the prosthesis should be consistent with the nose, so as to effectively prevent the problem of nose skew.
Postoperative care is also very important:
1. Pay attention to the uniform stress on both sides of the nose when dressing or nursing. If the force is uneven, the nose will be skewed.
2. You can't exert force on the nose during the nursing process, otherwise it will easily cause the problem of nose skew after rhinoplasty.
3. Furthermore, don't always lean to one side in bed after operation, and don't wear glasses for 2 weeks after operation.
