What are the criteria for a perfect toast?
Toast should be square after baking, and the top edge of the covered toast should be slightly round, not too sharp. Toast should be at the same height at both ends and in the middle, and there should be no uneven or drooping corners. On both sides of toast, because the dough expands after entering the oven, it will form a crack about an inch wide, which connects the top and side in a filiform way, which is also commonly known as "swelling mark".
