How to demould the ice cream mold?
The demoulding steps of the ice cream mold are as follows:

1. Overview of demoulding steps of ice cream mold

In the video, the demoulding of ice cream mold generally includes three main steps: cooling, soaking and gently taking out the mold. These steps are aimed at ensuring that the ice cream is completely cured and forming a film between the mold and the ice cream to facilitate demoulding.

Prepare for work

First, put the ice cream mold in the refrigerator for a period of time to ensure that the ice cream is fully solidified. During the waiting period, a container can be prepared and filled with warm water or boiled water for the subsequent soaking step. Before taking out the ice cream mold, be sure to prepare clean tools, such as knives or spoons, to facilitate demoulding.

Cool down

Take the ice cream mold out of the cold room and let it stand for a few minutes, so that the surface of the mold is slightly heated, which makes it easier to demould. Shake the mold gently to ensure that the ice cream has solidified and separated from the mold. If the ice cream is still stuck with mold, you can put the mold in the refrigerator and cool it for a while.

soak

Immerse the ice cream mold in the cold room in warm water or hot water, paying attention that only the bottom of the mold needs to be immersed for a period of time. The function of warm water or hot water is to make the ice cream melt slightly and form a film with the mold, which is helpful for demoulding. The soaking time should not be too long to avoid excessive melting of ice cream.

5. Gently take out the mold.

Take out the soaked ice cream mold and gently shake the mold to help the ice cream completely leave the mold. Gently press the edge or bottom of the mold with a knife or spoon to help the ice cream separate from the mold. If you encounter difficulties, you can tilt the mold slightly, soak it in warm water for a while, and then repeat the above steps.

6. Preventive measures

Handle with care when demoulding, so as not to destroy the shape of ice cream. If you find that the ice cream is still stuck in the mold, you can try tapping the mold gently on the table to help loosen the ice cream. Different molds made of different materials may need different demoulding methods, and the operation mode can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Before demoulding, make sure that the ice cream has completely solidified, otherwise it will easily lead to deformation or rupture of the ice cream.

Clean the mold

After demoulding is completed, clean the mold in time to avoid deformation or odor of the mold caused by ice cream residue. Gently clean the mold surface with warm water and neutral detergent, and be careful not to use strong detergent and hard objects to avoid damaging the mold. After cleaning, dry the mold or wipe it with a clean towel and store it in a dry and ventilated place to prolong the service life of the mold.

Please note that the video tutorial is a visual effect, which shows the demoulding steps more intuitively. At the same time, due to the characteristics of ice cream or the material of the mold, the actual operation may be different.
