Hard-seat car is a kind of large-capacity passenger train carriage, which has safety problems. The bedplate is designed to meet the needs of train passengers' evacuation and normal access. If the table is too long, the passengers sitting between the window and the three-person seat can't get out at all in an emergency, and it is too old for outsiders to stand up and make way during normal traffic. Therefore, the table board is designed to be slightly longer than the seat, with a larger window end and a smaller outside.

In any country, the format of the seat car is designed as long as it is the opposite seat. In some foreign countries, the small table board is just a small piece by the window, and sleeping problems are not considered in the seat car.

Body steel structure

Thin-walled cylinder integral bearing structure without center beam is adopted. The outer wall panels are flat. The joint of the lower cover plate of the inner pillow beam and the lower flange of the side beam is provided with an arc-shaped reinforcing plate, and the inner pillow beam is provided with a reinforcing vertical plate. The side wall panel is 2. 5m thick, 2mm thick roof. Use both side pillars and roof bent beams? I-beams, roof side members, wear-resistant and low-noise windshields at both ends of the car body, 15 high-strength couplers and G 1 large-capacity buffers.

The flat roof structure of the existing automobile air conditioner in our factory is composed of the air conditioner roof, and then the air conditioner seat group is welded on the flat roof. There are too many welds, and because the flat-top skeleton and frame are mostly pressed pieces of thick steel plates, the thickness of the top plate is very thin, which is easy to cause welding deformation and roof penetration, so that the flat-top leaks rain.

In this design, the air-conditioned seat extends below the ceiling and forms an integral bearing structure with the skeleton. The flat top plate is welded with the vertical plate of the frame in blocks on both sides of the frame, which reduces the welding seam and solves the problems of welding deformation and rain leakage.
