As an insider, I tell you responsibly: I am very confused. The internal power struggle is extremely disgusting, and the middle class thinks it is awesome and doesn't treat employees as people. First, "experience" (not just probation, not signing a contract, giving a symbolic subsidy) is three months. The so-called three-month regularization, but in fact, people who have not been regularized for six months have it (which obviously violates the labor law), and the salary after regularization is extremely low.
