96%~98% of trans 1 4- polyisoprene rubber;
Use:
Golf ball coating, plastic materials for plastic surgery and splint reinforcement materials for medical surgery (instead of gypsum). Pressure sensitive adhesive; Sealing coatings for paper, fiber, leather and other repair applications; Coating of mining equipment, submarine cable outer layer and various groove linings; Safety toe liner and fabric impregnant; Used as joint filler with butyl rubber; Used as a modifier for thermoplastics to improve impact resistance.
Physical and chemical properties:
Rubber is the same as natural Gupta rubber, balata rubber and Eucommia rubber. Its raw rubber has good physical and mechanical properties such as thermoplastic elasticity and high elasticity of vulcanized rubber at room temperature, and it has fluidity at high temperature. It can be processed by plastic or rubber processing equipment. It crystallizes rapidly below 60℃ and is a crystalline polymer with high hardness and high tensile strength.
