Article 50 The wages of workers shall not be deducted or delayed without reason, and the business owners who are late in issuing year-end bonuses shall be criticized and educated. If the circumstances are serious, the employee's wages may be deducted or delayed without reason in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 91, and the labor administrative department shall order him to pay wages and economic compensation to the employee, and may also order him to pay compensation, which shall be punished as infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of the employee.
Article 50 Wages should be paid to the workers themselves in the form of money, so the year-end bonus can only be paid in the form of money. It is not difficult to see that the three incentive methods, such as organizing tourism, organizing professional training and issuing equity, are not monetary, while the incentive method of paying dividends according to shares is only related to the input of workers and has nothing to do with their labor, so only four of them belong to year-end awards.
