What is reloading?
Reloading, in layman's terms, is to recover the shell casing, then clean, reshape, primer, ammunition and warhead.
If you have time, reassembly is a highly customized, accurate and affordable method.
Most precision players in North America will use their own reloads to achieve the best accuracy.
Factory bombs can be divided into precision bombs and water splashing bombs, and so can natural reloading.
The inaccuracy, unreliability and easy explosion of most people's reloading ammunition also stems from the low-quality reloading water splashing bombs in some small pheasant shooting ranges in Southeast Asia. Even the warhead is the waste lead head of the shooting range, which is recycled and recast into a new warhead, and even the surface is not plated with copper. Not to mention that this kind of bullet hangs lead, which is very easy to cause keyhole (the lateral rotation of keyhole bullets is mainly aimed at rifle bullets), which is naturally not allowed. If there is a muffler, it is very easy to hurt the muffler bowl and damage the whole muffler. These problems are much less likely to be caused by factory bombs, but now most of the reloading in North America uses high-quality warheads produced by factories, and naturally this problem will be solved.
If the pheasant shooting range accidentally reloads the warhead, the natural gunpowder may also be careless, and the possible problems of gunpowder are somewhat dangerous, mainly in the following three types:
Second charge, no charge for wrong powder. Secondary charge is rare in rifles, such as .223 cartridge case, which is filled with ramshot tac powder, and the charge is about 27gr, and the daily charge is 24-26gr, so there is basically no secondary charge (the powder is full once (╯‵□') ╯┻┻┻┻┻┻. However, subsonic eggs of pistols and rifles have a certain risk of secondary charging.
The risk of reloading rifle bullets is that the wrong powder is used, and the burning rate of pistol and rifle powder is different, which naturally leads to different pressures produced by the same charge. A short pistol barrel naturally needs gunpowder with higher burning rate, and a long rifle barrel naturally wants gunpowder to burn in the barrel for a period of time. If the rifle is loaded with the wrong powder, it will naturally lead to excessive chamber pressure and explosion.
The danger of not charging is actually not how dangerous this bullet is. However, after initiation, only the combustion pressure of initiation made the warhead stuck in the barrel, and the barrel was blocked. During the second firing, the pressure to push the bullet out was too high, and the natural pressure exceeded the bearing capacity of the barrel, resulting in an explosion.
The accuracy of reloading is mainly due to the high degree of customization. Different barrel lengths, winding distances, warheads with different qualities, warheads with different functions, and gunpowder loading have unbearable effects in the circle of precise obsessive-compulsive disorder. Therefore, in most high-end competitions, most players will use reloading to achieve the best results.
The biggest improvement of reassembly accuracy lies in manual selection and consistency. It can meet the consistency requirements of shell shape, bullet total length, charge, bullet weight and bullet total length. Instead of simply weighing a bullet and measuring its size.
For example, 55gr warhead with 24gr gunpowder, 55.7gr warhead with 23.3gr gunpowder, with a total weight of 79gr, but the consistency of bullets is actually much worse, and the gap between impact points will become very large.
Of course, in most cases, there is also the possibility of bombs in factories, but one control right is in the hands of the manufacturers and the other is in their own hands.
The purpose of reorganization
Have a deeper understanding of bullets. Charge, primer selection, warhead selection, bullet length and shape will have a deeper understanding.
Save money (false proposition, pack more and play more) 556 precision bullets, about 70 cents to 1 yuan, and reload high-quality precision bullets yourself, maybe about 30 cents. Splash bombs, the price of 223 is now about 3 cents, and reloading is 2 cents. If you send 1000, you will save 100 dollars.
Reliability. The quality of your own bullets is naturally known, and the reliability depends on whether you are serious or not. There are also cases where factory bombs are mistakenly loaded or loaded with gunpowder. (Winchester had a massive recall in 2007. The thing of 22 is to load the wrong bullet)
Highly customized and self-reloaded, I can use my favorite customized warhead, such as ntx. You can also make your own bullets with reduced charge to meet your own competition needs, or you can make your own specific charge, or you can make your own experimental requirements for the matching of specific barrels and bolts.
