The materials falling from the roller screen are output by the screw conveyor, and the damaged packaging bags, impurities and caked materials are taken out of the machine body by the roller screen. The dust generated by the knife breaking the bag is collected by the bag filter and shaken off to the screw conveyor 1. Rotating screen is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller, rack and other mechanisms. The whole machine is arranged obliquely.

2. The rotary screen drives the screen drum mechanism to rotate around its axis through the reducer and the roller shaft. When the material enters the screen drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the screen drum device, the qualified material (under-screen product) is discharged through the screen hole, and the unqualified material (over-screen material) is discharged through the end of the drum. The material enters the front end of the rotating screen drum through the feed pipe. Due to the inclined installation of the main shaft, the material moves backward while rotating under the friction and self-weight of the screen drum, and different particles are selected according to different specifications of screens to complete the screening work.

The screen drum device of the rotary screen is sealed by the sealing cover of the machine body to ensure that the equipment can effectively prevent dust from escaping and dust pollution when working. When replacing the rotary screen bar, it can be replaced only by opening the sealing cover of the machine body, which is convenient to operate.
