Bags vary in size and the quantity can be increased or decreased at will. The materials of sticky bean bag are red beans, glutinous rice flour, corn flour and boiled water.

1 Method of making sticky bean bag: Wash red beans in advance and soak them overnight. Put the soaked red beans in a dish and steam them in a pot. After taking it out, add appropriate amount of sugar according to your own taste and press it into bean paste with a rolling pin. Some don't add sugar, anyway, they should be dipped in sugar after steaming. The squeezed bean paste is in a relatively dry and loose state, and can be made into small balls by hand for later use.

2. Add boiled water to the glutinous rice noodles and stir side by side. When it is not hot, knead it into dough and wake it for three to four hours, preferably overnight. The longer the tofu is steamed, the smoother it will be. Put the dough on the chopping board, knead it evenly and divide it into noodles with uniform size.

3. Take a batter and roll it flat into the shape of a small cake by hand, add the bean paste filling, tighten the mouth with a tiger's mouth, and slightly shape it to form a tip with a thick bottom. Find a flat plate, brush a layer of vegetable oil, and put the green embryos in the plate, preferably one by one, so that the steamed sticky bean bags are not easy to collapse and deform.

4. Steam in boiling water for fifteen to twenty minutes, and take it out directly after turning off the fire. Take it out for two or three minutes, and the skin of the sticky bean bag will be smooth. The longer the glutinous rice dough is stirred, the smoother the skin of the sticky bean bag will be. Sticky bean bags can be made more than once, can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time after cooling, and can be heated when eating.
