Multimeter attack
Place two probes on two ports of the fan motor. Under normal circumstances, the resistance should be around 240 Ω. This step is the key to detect whether the fan motor works normally.
What about breaking the circuit?
If the resistance value shows infinity, it means that the fan motor winding has been broken and needs to be replaced with a new fan motor.
Easily remove the fan motor.
Gently pull the fixing buckle outward, and then release it easily, so that the racket on the fan motor and fan bracket can be removed.
Select a new fan motor with the same specifications.
Select a new fan motor with the same specification and put it back to its original position to ensure that the buckle on the bracket is firmly fixed. How to choose? Just look at the logo on the side of the fan motor!
Add some lubricating oil
If you feel that the fan motor shaft is not rotating smoothly enough, you may wish to add some lubricating oil to the bottom of the shaft to make it rotate smoothly!
