In the construction stage, the main body demolition and reconstruction is an earlier project, which mainly includes wall demolition, wall building, wall covering, heating removal, plastic steel window replacement and so on. To put it bluntly, the main body demolition is to put up the framework of the construction site first.

(3) Hydropower transformation

Before the water circuit reform, the main structure should be basically completed. Some students may know that the first 1 measurement of the cabinet should be carried out between the hydropower transformation and the main body demolition and transformation. Some students have always believed that before the renovation, some main materials should enter the site in advance. What I want to say is that unless it is the main material needed for the demolition and reconstruction of the main body, the entry time of the main materials such as tiles and large core boards should be after the hydropower reconstruction. Because if the circuit transformation involves slotting on the ground, the tiles and large core boards are not properly placed, and it is very troublesome for workers to walk around. Two days ago, "Mouse" told me that her family had encountered the problem of workers moving bricks back and forth in the house, so she wanted to remind her classmates.

(4) Woodworking

Woodworking, bricklayer and oiler are the "three brothers" in the construction process, and the basic order of appearance is: wood-tile-oil. The basic entry principle is-whoever is dirty goes first. "Who gets dirty first" is also one of the basic principles to determine the order of home improvement, which I will mention later.

In fact, carpentry such as riser, decorative ceiling and plastering line can also be considered as a fine link in the main body demolition and reconstruction in a sense, which does not conflict with the water circuit reconstruction, and sometimes needs some cooperation. For example, as mentioned in my last post, "If you are going to make a fake wall at home, you should consider whether there are water and electricity lines on the fake wall. If there are, let the water and electricity reconstruction workers embed the pipes."

(5) Tiling

If the workers are busy, the foreman will usually ask the "second bricklayer" to stick bricks in the field before the "carpenter boss" finishes. This is normal, because the two do not conflict.

During the operation of "bricklayer's second child", the installation of the following three links is also involved:

1. Installation of lintels and marble windowsills. The installation of the threshold can be completed together with the floor tile laying, or after the floor tile laying. Generally, after the window cover is completed, the marble installation union prepares glass glue and seals the marble and window cover with glass glue.

2. Install the floor drain. Floor drain is 1 in home improvement hardware, because it should be installed with floor tiles. Therefore, students should buy a floor drain as soon as possible when they start shopping for building materials.

(6) Paint the wall

As for whether to leave a coat at the back, I personally don't think it is necessary to be too serious. From my experience in decoration, it is of little significance to leave the top coat, because the operation behind is no dirtier than painting.

Everyone has this feeling because it is generally understood that decoration is only the "construction link" of decoration, but in fact, the "installation link" of decoration is also the focus of decoration.

(7) Ceiling of kitchen and bathroom

As an installation link, the cabinet ceiling is still continuing the "packaging" of the home. At the same time as the ceiling of the kitchen and bathroom, the moisture-proof ceiling lamp and exhaust fan (Yuba) of the kitchen and bathroom should have been bought. It is best for students to install ceiling lamps and exhaust fans (Yuba) in the kitchen and bathroom at the same time, or leave a line and an opening.

By the way, I firmly advocate the "decoration outsourcing theory", even if the foreman promised me how to standardize the water and electricity decoration of his workers, how to standardize the installation of aluminum gusset plates, how to make the wooden doors strong, how to paste the wallpaper professionally, and how to do the cabinets practically ... In my opinion, the decoration team can only do carpentry, tile pasting and painting.

Because I believe that professional construction, manufacturers' installation standards and assembly line products are mostly slightly better than the manual work of decoration team workers. Decoration is like a game, betting on workers' skills, so I don't bet on "my workers are architectural geniuses"

Many students let the decoration company and decoration team undertake a lot of construction tasks. On the one hand, they don't have enough time, on the other hand, they consider the problem of "project convergence". Originally decided to outsource hydropower transformation, neighbors reminded it would be very troublesome in the future.

In fact, every link of the decoration is very independent. I remember some time ago, some students in the south raised questions, saying that the owners invited special workers to do every link of the decoration in their hometown. Home decoration and so on really have nothing to do with it. On the contrary, students themselves should play the so-called "connecting role" as much as possible in the process of home decoration, accurately grasp the selection of materials, master some simple construction techniques, and handle the relationship with workers well. This is the key.

I really want to say that there is a problem because of "convergence", such as who is responsible for the installation of sanitary ware, lamps and hardware in the later period. On the one hand, it depends on how you get along with the workers, and whether anyone is willing to "manage" you in the future; On the other hand, when it comes to nobody's interest, I still say, "Since God invented money, there is no problem that cannot be solved.".

Decoration, the quality is always ranked at 1, which is the main contradiction and the big principle. Some links because "convergence" is a secondary contradiction. Students should be cautious while preparing to make concessions on major contradictions and major principles because of minor contradictions.

(8) Install the kitchen cabinet

After the ceiling is completed, you can make an appointment to install the cabinet at home. If it goes well, it can be finished in one day. At the same time, there are sinks (excluding water fittings) and gas stoves. It is best to coordinate the property to turn on the gas before the cabinet is installed, because the gas stove needs to be tested after installation.

By the way, speaking of suspended ceiling, there is a problem worth discussing. Many students choose waterproof gypsum board with waterproof paint as kitchen and bathroom ceiling. The quotation of decoration team is generally above 120 yuan per square meter, which is more expensive than ordinary aluminum gusset plate and PVC gusset plate ceiling. The gypsum board ceiling looks flat visually, but in case there is a problem with the top water pipe in the future, or there is water leakage upstairs and the downstairs needs maintenance, the gypsum board ceiling will be removed as a whole, which is much more troublesome than the gusset ceiling. Therefore, everyone should be careful when choosing gypsum board ceiling.

(9) Wooden door installation

The second day after the cabinet was installed, as early as more than a month ago, after the wooden door was measured, it can be installed now. If it goes well, it will be a day. At the same time, hinges, door locks and floor drains should be installed. Students should prepare related hardware in advance.

If you want the wooden door manufacturer to install the window cover and pass it, you should also measure it when the wooden door manufacturer measures it, and install it at the same time on the day when the wooden door is installed. At the same time, you should consider putting the installation time of marble windowsill backward after the window cover is installed.

Remarks: The production cycle of wooden doors is generally one month. Therefore, in order to make the construction period closely connected, wooden door manufacturers should go to the door to measure the size of the door opening as soon as possible after the main body is demolished and rebuilt. Regarding the treatment of the doorway, it should be noted that if the height of the doorway at home is inconsistent, workers need to treat it at the same height-beautiful.

(10) Floor installation

The floor can be installed the day after the wooden door is installed. If all goes well, it will take a day. The floor installation needs to pay attention to the following issues:

1. Before the floor is installed, the manufacturer had better go to the door to investigate whether the ground needs leveling or partial leveling. Some decoration companies or teams will advise students to level the ground or partially level it, subject to the actual survey of the floor manufacturer;

2. Before the floor is installed, the floor paved at home should be cleaned to ensure the floor is dry, so do not use water during the cleaning process.

3. When installing the floor, if possible, the floor must be cut in the corridor. The forum also discussed this issue before, and some students thought it was immoral to cut the floor pollution area in the corridor. My idea is to clean up after completion, which doesn't matter. Cutting the floor indoors has serious pollution to the wall surface, and there is also the cutting of artificial stone countertops in cabinets. I believe all the students who have been decorated have some experience.

(1 1) Laying wallpaper

On the second day of floor installation, when the house is ready, you can make an appointment to lay wallpaper. If it goes well, the same day will do. If possible, the floor should be protected on the day of wallpaper pasting; It doesn't matter if there are no conditions, and it's no problem to leave the wallpaper glue left on the floor to Pioneer for cleaning. Before pasting the wallpaper, try to make the wall "nothing".

(12) Installation of radiator

The day after the wallpaper is laid, students who have replaced or removed the radiator can hang the radiator on the wall in a down-to-earth manner. It's also a day.

Wooden door-floor-wallpaper-radiator, which is recognized as the correct installation sequence. Install the wooden door first to ensure that the skirting line of the floor can be closely connected with the door cover of the wooden door; After installing wallpaper, the main reason is that the floor is dirty and dusty, which seriously pollutes the wallpaper. Here I use the principle of "whoever is dirty first" again. The radiator was installed late, because the radiator could not be installed until the wallpaper was laid on the wall.

The gradual renovation process is also designed under various constraints and restrictions. Occasionally there are exceptions. For example, the Holtz door needs to be fitted with the floor first and then the door, but this exception is rare in the decoration process.

In addition, I repeatedly said "one day" in front, which means to remind students that "one day" is not a long time for the whole decoration. Therefore, even if there are no installation conflicts, such as cabinets and wooden doors, students should try not to make an appointment for two installations at the same time in one day, especially these "big pieces" mentioned above, because installation is very critical and beneficial to these "big pieces". Learn to comfort yourself-we were not bad that day.

There is only one reminder: students should have a detailed understanding or record of the number and location of switch sockets in various natural rooms at home, especially those who paste wallpaper. Sometimes wallpaper workers are irresponsible, and the wallpaper is laid at once, and you don't need wallpaper knife to mark the position of your switch socket. (14) Installation of lamps and lanterns
